Experience and Expertise
Grant originally trained as an accountant and tax adviser and worked for various "Big Four" accounting firms as a Senior Manager advising international property companies, developers and investors in Sydney, Tokyo and London.
Grant joined Beaumont Strata Management in 2006 and was appointed a Director in 2011.
While managing a number of properties himself, he is also responsible for administration within the office.
Grant is a member of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales, Strata Communities Australia and the Taxation Institute of Australia. He is also a registered BAS Agent. He is an active patrolling member of the North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club.
