Experience and Expertise
For the last seven years. Nicolas has gained extensive knowledge and experience working as a Strata Manager in a large strata company located in Western Sydney, specialising in residential strata management.
Nicolas prides himself on his customer service and utilising his experience to ensure that all owners and occupants receive the full benefit from their property. He understands the importance of communication and “getting things done", in a timely basis.
On his days off, he will most likely be seen cycling, drinking coffee and socialising with friends, and participating in sporting events as a 'not so elite athlete'.
