Reception and Administrative Support
Waratah Strata is a fast-growing leader in the strata management industry, committed to delivering excellent service to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Administrative Support. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth functioning of our front office and providing administrative support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and contractors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, organise couriers, and manage deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are neat and presentable.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, archiving, and data entry.
- Provide support to strata managers with administrative tasks, such as insurance processes, by-laws, and property searches.
- Liaise with clients and third parties to assist with various administrative requests.
- Coordinate access device requests and update related records.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as requested by management.
Key Skills & Experience:
- No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- A customer-focused mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
Our modern, well-appointed offices are conveniently located 250m from Eastwood Train station. Language skills (in addition to English) will be well-regarded, although excellent written and spoken English is essential.
