Alan is a Trainee Strata Manager based in Norwest, bringing more than 15 years of experience across IT management, operations, project delivery, compliance and vendor management as he transitions into the strata industry.
Throughout his career, Alan has worked closely with senior management, staff, contractors and suppliers across Australia and internationally. His experience managing budgets, coordinating vendors, overseeing projects and navigating compliance requirements provides a strong foundation for strata management, where effective communication and coordination are key.
With a practical and solutions-focused approach, Alan is skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving and managing competing priorities. He holds a Certificate IV in Strata Community Management, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from UNSW.
Alan is now focused on applying his extensive operational and management experience to building a successful career in strata management.
