Strata Manager
Julie brings more than 20 years of experience across strata management, property operations, governance, compliance, and digital transformation to the Beaumont Group. Her career spans senior leadership and operational roles, including General Manager, Licensee-in-Charge, business owner, and Strata Community Manager, giving her a well-rounded and practical understanding of the industry from the ground up.
Throughout her career, Julie has led portfolio growth, business transformation initiatives, and customer experience improvements, as well as the implementation of innovative technology solutions across the property sector. Her expertise covers residential strata, community associations, BMCs, complex schemes, building remediation, financial management, and stakeholder engagement across Sydney, Greater NSW, the ACT, Victoria, Hong Kong, and Dubai.
Julie is known for her practical approach to problem-solving and her ability to simplify complex issues, guiding committees and owners through challenging projects and decisions with clarity and confidence. She works collaboratively to achieve outcomes that are both compliant with legislative obligations and firmly in the long-term interests of the Owners Corporation.
Beyond her management work, Julie is the founder of StrataVault, a digital records and compliance platform serving the strata industry across Australia and New Zealand, and the author of Harmony in the Heights: Navigating Life in a Strata Community in Australia. She also serves as a Board Member and investor in GlobalVaults and Global Pay, supporting the advancement of secure digital governance solutions across the industry.
