Kiara joined Beaumont Strata as a Trainee Assistant Strata Manager, bringing with her a well-rounded background across operations coordination, administrative support and client-facing roles. Prior to entering the strata industry, Kiara gained valuable experience in the healthcare sector, where she developed strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage processes and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
Her experience in sales has further strengthened her interpersonal and communication skills, having built client relationships, supported transactions and contributed to business outcomes through a proactive and service-focused approach.
Kiara brings a structured and analytical mindset to her role, with a strong ability to manage competing priorities, support efficient workflows and maintain a high standard of accuracy in her day-to-day work. She is committed to developing her knowledge within the strata industry and to providing reliable support to both her team and their clients.
Outside of work, Kiara enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her family.
