Leeroy leverages his skills developed across diverse sectors to deliver effective strata management. While an initial grounding in the property industry through Leeroy’s experience at a Leasing Consultancy gave an understanding of property, his professional development was profoundly shaped by three years spent as an NDIS Business and Support Coordinator. Leeroy’s experience instilled an advanced understanding of complex stakeholder engagement, navigating regulatory frameworks, and empathetic problem-solving.
The transition to strata management for Leeroy was driven by the shared core values between strata management and the NDIS. Specifically, Leeroy’s work demonstrates a passion for community harmony, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advocating for positive outcomes for all residents and owners.
Outside of work, Leeroy enjoys a dynamic life. His interests include sport, spending time with loved ones, and embracing new cultures through travelling and food exploration.
