Chief Financial Officer
Lisa Mercer joined the Beaumont Property Group as Chief Financial Officer in October 2025. Lisa is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and is a Chartered Tax Adviser with The Tax Institute of Australia.
Prior to joining Beaumont Property Group, Lisa worked in public practice for over 20 years, across external audit, business, taxation and superannuation advisory. Her client portfolio included high net wealth private groups and family businesses across a broad range of industries. Since 2019, she has held senior finance roles in Market Research, SaaS, Not-for-Profit and Agribusiness.
Lisa brings financial leadership, strategic analysis and problem-solving skills, driving profitability, cost control, process efficiency, strong internal controls, treasury management, governance, and energising strategic management decisions.
