Experience and Expertise
Mathieu brings nine years of experience across the property industry, with a background spanning real estate and strata management. He commenced his career within the strata sector as an Assistant Strata Manager, where he spent four years developing strong operational knowledge before progressing into a Strata Manager role.
Throughout his career, Mathieu has managed a diverse range of residential strata complexes, including community schemes and has previously worked across sales and property management. This broad industry exposure provides him with a well-rounded understanding of property and client needs.
Based in the Norwest office, Mathieu services the Norwest, Hills and Parramatta areas, working closely with owners and investors. His primary focus is residential strata management.
Mathieu is known for his strong time management skills and responsiveness. He places importance on understanding his clients’ needs, maintaining clear communication and delivering timely and practical solutions to ensure schemes are managed efficiently and effectively.
