Trainee Strata Manager
Tanaka brings nine years of customer service and leadership experience from the hospitality industry into her role at Beaumont Strata Management. During her time with KFC, she progressed into management roles, developing strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills while leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
Her management experience has given Tanaka a strong ability to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively and build positive working relationships. Within the strata industry, these skills translate into providing reliable support, maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors, and working towards practical and timely outcomes.
Tanaka is passionate about continuing to develop her knowledge of the strata industry and progressing her career within Beaumont. She takes pride in being organised, dependable and proactive, and is committed to learning, taking on new challenges and contributing to the team while delivering a high standard of service.
Outside of work, Tanaka enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, training at the gym, discovering new restaurants and places, ad well as spending quality time with family and friends.
