Tina is a trainee Strata Manager with a strong foundation in the built environment, supported by a Bachelor and Master of Architecture and seven years of experience in the architectural industry. Her background has provided her with a solid understanding of building design, the construction processes, documentation, and compliance. This knowledge directly enhances her new work in strata management.
Throughout her architectural career, Tina has developed strong skills in stakeholder communication, problem-solving, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and managing project information. These transferable skills allow her to confidently navigate building issues, interpret technical documentation, and support owners and residents with clarity and professionalism.
Transitioning into strata management, Tina brings a detail-oriented approach, a customer-focused mindset, and a commitment to ensuring buildings are well maintained and communities are supported.
