Repairs & Maintenance

The repair and maintenance of a scheme is essential for minimising the risk of accidents, making your building a pleasant place to work and live and enhancing the value of your strata unit. 

The owners corporation is required to handle repairs and maintenance of the common property.  Your strata managing agent will generally be delegated with authority to handle the day to day matters (serious or expensive matters will be referred to the Executive Committee).  Owners are responsible for the repair of their own property (non common property); tenants should contact the owner or property manager in the event that an item requires repair or attention.

Beaumont Strata managers regularly visit complexes to ensure that repairs are carried out promptly and the building and grounds are appropriately maintained.  However, we welcome owners and occupiers reporting items that require attention.
